Hunger Strike on Vashon Island

The Vashon Island Rotary Club is proud to bring Hunger Strike to our community!

Hunger Strike is a 30-day fundraising contest where teams across Vashon compete to raise money to fight hunger. It’s fun, it’s community-driven, and it directly supports causes close to home.

🎉 Prizes & Awards:
Throughout the contest, participants can earn recognition and qualify for awards. On the final day, there will be special drawings and great prizes for those who qualify—so every effort counts!

🌱 Why It Matters:
50% of the funds raised stay right here to benefit local hunger-relief programs chosen by the Vashon Island Rotary Club. The other 50% supports wider hunger-fighting efforts through our Rotary partners.
